Main Updates January 2020

 

 

These Updates to the Main center mainly around back-end processes that automate updates to/from the Booking and Customer's table including the update of Customer status, Load Status etc. We have also rolled out a system for tracking of time-off requests for all employees, and a nifty Calendar to keep track of important company wide dates and events.

 

Time-Off Requests/Employee Calendar (V1)

  • Employees can now make requests for time-off, vacations, etc.

  • Managers have the ability to keep track of employees allotted time-offs.

  • Can be accessed from the Main Dashboard or the “Time-Off Request” menu

 

Booking Status(V1)

  • Dispatchers can log their booking loads status to Picked Up, Delivered, Notes, etc. 

  • Can be accessed from the second tab “Status” in the existing Load edit page.

  • The option to send daily updates to Customers is now available and configurable from the Customer's settings. This is not turned on by default.

 

Customers Menu (Update V2 – Admin Only)

  • Add/Update Leads

  • Add/Update Customers

  • Customer daily update (backend process)
