Main Updates January 2020
These Updates to the Main center mainly around back-end processes that automate updates to/from the Booking and Customer's table including the update of Customer status, Load Status etc. We have also rolled out a system for tracking of time-off requests for all employees, and a nifty Calendar to keep track of important company wide dates and events.
Time-Off Requests/Employee Calendar (V1)
Employees can now make requests for time-off, vacations, etc.
Managers have the ability to keep track of employees allotted time-offs.
Can be accessed from the Main Dashboard or the “Time-Off Request” menu
Booking Status(V1)
Dispatchers can log their booking loads status to Picked Up, Delivered, Notes, etc.
Can be accessed from the second tab “Status” in the existing Load edit page.
