The weekly Landstar Fuel Surcharge Reports are posted every (Tuesday) morning by 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on www.LandstarOnline.com. They are all listed under “Resources”, then you type in “Fuel Surcharge” in the search box. The fuel surcharge forms are listed under Supporting Document. If you are having a problem logging on please call the Help Desk at 800-872-9415.
All new Broker/Carrier Agreements are to be e-mailed directly to Landstar Credit landstarcreditrequests@landstar.com.
All new Transportation Agreements needs to be e-mailed to customercontracts@landstar.com. This new e-mail will send your agreements directly to Marc Gentry and Robin Parker. Please use the format on the attached document to help us process the transportation/contracts in a timely matter. Allow at least a minimum of 4 business days to review. Below is the information we need to process every transportation agreement.
