2 Ways

First super easy use Landstar’s Clarity in the Tile tab main menu.

Find your load among the FWF loads, click on it then a side tab with pop up, then Shipment Details button.

Last button, share tracking or copy the URL on the side and you can share it.

Works for the life of the load and looks pretty slick.

Second way

Call EDI and they set up your customer with a user number and they would see our shipment manager page.
